The problem
AI tools can synthesize interviews, run surveys, and generate reports. But speed doesn’t solve the real problem: turning information into a clear plan your team can act on.
Your team ran the study, but nobody agrees on what it means or what to do next. The deck sits in a shared drive untouched.
Product wants one thing, marketing wants another, leadership wants it all done yesterday. Nobody is working from the same understanding.
You’re shipping features, launching campaigns, and making bets without a clear picture of what your customers actually need or what will resonate.
What we do
Not just a deck. Not just a recommendation. A clear path from insight to market.
We help you figure out what to build, who it’s for, and exactly how to say it. From concept testing to competitive positioning to message testing and launch, we sharpen the strategy and the words that carry it, then stay through the decision and beyond.
After years of building research operations inside product teams, we know where AI tools fit and where they don’t. We help you modernize your research stack without losing the human insight that matters.
Embedded with your product, marketing, and leadership teams. Not a vendor. Not an agency. A partner who is accountable to your outcomes, from discovery to launch.
The AI differentiator
Every team is getting faster at gathering insights. The differentiator isn’t speed. It’s having someone who understands your business, your customer, and your market well enough to turn information into the right product, the right message, for the right audience.
We’re not anti-AI. We help teams use it wisely: automate what should be automated, protect what still needs a human, and build systems that make both work together.
Synthesize large data sets, transcribe interviews, draft surveys, surface patterns at scale, accelerate reporting.
Stakeholder alignment, strategic judgment, understanding context, knowing what to build and why, making the call when the data is ambiguous.
About
15+ years leading research and strategy from the inside at Mozilla, ActBlue, Dell, and NRG Energy. She’s built research functions from scratch, aligned product and marketing leadership around hard calls, and turned customer insight into go-to-market plans that actually shipped.
She’s been the in-house researcher, the agency partner, and the external advisor. She knows the difference between research that changes a decision and research that becomes a PDF nobody opens.
She founded Futuresight to bring that same strategic mindset and hands-on rigor to teams that want senior-level research without adding full-time headcount or slowing things down.
